Triffic service and a great price, very helpful staff

Polite but installed a fence without planning permission above height regulations despite informing them of the regulations and offering to provide a contact at the local authority to confirm. Company should know better and not put their name to work that breaches planning control. Have been reported. Update: owner of company wasn't bothered about wrongdoing, blamed the property owner for telling them to install incorrect height pannels that did not comply with building regs. Company now back out to likely recharge customer to redo the work to regs. As experts in this field, company should know better.

What a wonderful business, so helpful and knowledgeable. I recently bought a fence from my front and back garden. In the back garden one of the panels had to be cut to size (all part of Country style service) In the front garden another panel had to be cut to size. All was delivered in good condition. I must point out that I have painted all the wood before erecting the fence. Thank you for everything guys 🤝🏻

Perhaps the worst customer experience I have ever encountered. One completely disinterested guy on duty, who could not have shown more contempt at being interrupted from sitting down scrolling through his phone if he tried. After a grunt and barely an acknowledgment that we were there, we left - never to return.
