I paid £135 for 1/4 pallet of hot blocks in March 2022 the price now is £343 and blocks are smaller. Increase is a bit more than inflation.

I contacted Penn Tree to collect some pallets and they're just time wasters. Their initial email is to find out how many pallets, sizes etc however, after them asking me several questions they then asked for a photo and although it says they will travel from Bristol, this is not the case, they advised me they wouldn't travel to Reading from Bristol for our pallets. I think the wording on their website needs to be changed to reflect the actual facts rather than misleading customers.
